So when I first wrote my review, I was quite satisfied with the overall experience with Hi-Power Solar, except for one thing. I was willing to overlook it, but after it happened two more times and thinking about it, I thought that if I were a customer looking for a PV company, this is something they would want to be know. Our salesperson and point of contact, Cynthia was very helpful and knowledgeable, but was late every single time she was supposed to meet with us. The first time we were supposed to meet with her at 4pm. She texted 30 minutes prior and asked if we could make it 4:30pm, which was no problem, at least she let us know in advance. The next time was to sign the contract. We were going to meet at 4pm, then she asked if we could change it to 3:30pm, no problem I said. By 3:48pm I didn’t hear anything from her and asked if we had switched it back to 4pm. She said sorry, yes please. And she didn’t make it by 4pm either. After the install, Cynthia wanted to drop of a thank you gift and also take a photo with the PV panels completed. I wrote my first review before we were going to meet. We agreed to meet at 4pm on a Monday, but by 4:40pm, she didn’t show up and didn’t call or text. I had things to take care of so I texted her that I wasn’t available. She texted a few minutes later that she had been stuck in traffic and had just parked. Not wanting to leave things on a bad note, we agreed to meet the next week at 4:30pm. By 4:53 pm she still hadn’t shown up, called, or texted so I just texted her that there was no need to stop by. I had no other issues with the company and everything seems to be running smoothly.
