Hi Power installed 9 photo voltaic panels and 2 Enphase batteries on my townhouse. Once HOA approved design it took quite awhile to get the building permit through DPP (normal problem here in Honolulu County, especially for Townhouses which have to follow Commercial vice Residential rules). Hi Power installers were scheduled within a week of the permit being issued. It too k 2 days for the install. All of the employees were professional and courteous, patiently answering all my questions, and got me set up on the Enlighten App to monitor my equipment.
Management followed up to ensure I was satisfied and answered any questions I had.
Looking forward to seeing my electric bill drop to the minimum.
