Nothing but good things to say about HI POWER Solar. First of all, let me say that they were the first ones to actually listen to me in regard to what I was wanting to do with my preexisting PV system. From the beginning all wanted to do was get it working right. Nothing more…nothing less. Instead of trying to sell me a new brand-new PV system with all the bells and whistles, Cindy worked with me to order and replace the existing inverters. Anytime I had questions she was responsive and always got back to me in a timely manner. Rico and his crew did an outstanding job ripping everything out and completing the inverter upgrades resulting in a much cleaner and professional setup. Even when I had questions about consumption monitoring via the Enphase app, Rico showed up onsite that afternoon to enable that feature. That being said in less than TWO days my PV system has already produced as much kWh than my previous WEEKLY averages. Again, I can’t say enough how satisfied I am with their services.
